Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. This timeframe may be impacted by available inventory or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or illness. We will do our best to alert you to any delays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 I’m happy to accept returns or exchanges for undisclosed defects or incorrect items.

I am not responsible for damage during shipping unless it’s due to my error in packaging. I require photos of defects or insufficient packaging prior to refund.

 In order to initiate a refund or exchange the buyer must:

-Contact me within 7 days of delivery

-Provide photos of defect or insufficient packaging. 

-Ship items back within 14 days of delivery ( Buyer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must ensure item is packaged appropriately.)

 Please note: Buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason to warrant a return.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged  unless they meet the criteria above :

·         Original artwork

·         Custom or personalized orders

·         Digital downloads

Once a return has been approved I will refund the cost of your purchase, minus any applicable shipping cost. To initiate a return please contact me. 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs have been rising constantly.  We use Pirate Ship to generate the lowest possible shipping price.  To account for this, we have placed averaged flat-rate prices on our listings.  If your shipping cost is substantially less than what is charged, we are happy to refund the difference.

Multi-item shipping is not yet well supported by Drifa's Leap.  We can either refund any extra shipping after your purchase, or if you contact us before payment, we can generate a custom listing for your bundle with an accurate shipping quote.  

We try to ensure all Items are packaged carefully to avoid travel damage, but we hold no responsibility for the package once it leaves our hands.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Unless we make the mistake, we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. Once the package ships, the buyer is responsible for any shipment rerouting.

A tracking number will be provided if applicable.
