Drifa's Leap Seller Payout and Listing Fee Policy

At Drifa's Leap, we aim to provide a transparent and fair payment structure for our sellers while maintaining safeguards that protect both our sellers and the platform. Below is an outline of how listing fees and payouts are handled.

Listing Fees

Sellers receive 20 free listings when opening a shop.

After using the 20 free listings, additional listings cost $0.20 per listing.

Listing fees are paid via Stripe. Sellers can purchase listing credits in $5, $10, or $20 increments when their balance runs out. This can be done in the “Listings” section of the seller dashboard.

Payout Schedule

Sellers may request their available payout balance through their “Payouts” tab in their dashboard at any time. This is also where payout schedules are set once eligibility requirements are met.

Sellers become eligible for automated payouts after 30 days on the platform and 5 successful sales.

Automated payouts are available for Stripe payments only.

Once eligible, sellers may choose one of the following payout schedules:

• Daily at 12:00 PM
• Weekly on Mondays
• Monthly on the 1st

A daily payout limit of $500 applies to all automated payouts.

Amounts exceeding $500 may be requested using:

• “Request Stripe Balance Payout”
• “Request PayPal Balance Payout”

These request options are also used by sellers who have not yet met the 30-day and 5-sale requirement for automated payouts.

If a seller accepts PayPal payments (enabled in Shop Settings), those funds are not included in automated payouts and must always be requested manually. All PayPal payout requests are reviewed and processed by the Drifa's Leap admin team.

Platform Protection & Flexibility

These payout structures are designed to balance fast, flexible access to funds with necessary protections against fraud, disputes, and payment reversals.

Drifa’s Leap reserves the right to delay, review, or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud, unresolved disputes, or unusual account activity.

Our goal is always to ensure sellers receive their earnings as quickly as possible, in the way that works best for them, while maintaining a safe and sustainable marketplace for the entire community.

Note: Stripe may take up to 3 days to deposit your payout into your bank account. The payout will appear in your Stripe account immediately once processed.
