Support Policy

Response Time
We do our best to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours of submission, including weekends and holidays when possible. However, we guarantee a response by the next business day for tickets submitted outside standard operating hours.

Human Support Commitment
We are committed to providing support through real human representatives. While we may use AI tools internally to assist our staff in gathering information or troubleshooting, all final responses to users will be written and reviewed by a human, not generated by AI.

Support Channels
Support requests should be submitted through our designated ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and timely resolution.
