Most policies, tutorials, and walkthroughs can be found in the Library, located in the header of every page on the website. If you are looking for information, that is the first place to check.
Platform Commission
3.5% commission on product price only
No commission on shipping
No commission on handling
No commission on sales tax
Sales tax does not factor into our 3.5% commission. It is only included in payment processor calculations.
Listing Fees
$0.20 per listing
If your listing has price-based variations (for example, gold and sterling silver at different prices), each price variation is an additional $0.20
Example: Gold version = $0.20
Silver version = $0.20
No additional fee for same-price variations such as size or color
A $0.20 listing fee will also apply if you change the price of an existing listing. This prevents misuse, such as replacing an item under an existing listing.
Payment Processing Fees
Stripe:
2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
(applies to item price, shipping, and sales tax)
PayPal:
3.49% + $0.49 per transaction
(applies to item price, shipping, and sales tax)

Our goal is that you receive over 90% of your product price.
Because payment processors calculate their percentage on the full transaction total, including shipping and sales tax, your final deposit amount will vary slightly depending on:
Shipping amount
Sales tax rate in the buyer’s location
Payment processor used
Drifa’s Leap does not take commission on shipping or sales tax.
You may request a payout at any time.
Scheduled payouts are issued on the 1st and 16th of each month via Stripe.
You must have your Stripe account properly connected in order to receive funds.

Shops may remain unapproved if:
Shop settings are incomplete
Shop Public Info is missing or unclear
A qualified handmade item has not been listed
Product descriptions do not clearly explain what part of the item is handmade
Items appear to be resale, imported, mass manufactured, or AI-generated
Every shop is reviewed before going live.
Your Shop Public Info tells buyers who you are and what you make.
You must clearly explain:
What you create
What part of the process you personally complete
Do not use your home address as your shop location. Use your city and state, or a general geographic region.
Clarity builds trust and protects your shop.

You must be directly involved in the creation of the item.
Handmade means:
You designed it
You created it
You materially transformed it
Resale, imports, and mass manufacturing are not permitted.

Unaltered 3D prints made from your own original design or pattern are permitted.
Unaltered items created from a downloaded model must be altered before being sold.
Alterations may include hand painting, finishing, modification, or other meaningful transformation.
All digital files, including artwork, patterns, templates, or printable designs, must be original creations of the seller.
You must include a note in either:
The product description, or
Your Shop Public Info
stating that the digital download was designed or created by you.
Files created using stock elements or AI tools are only permitted when:
Significant original creative work has been added
This is clearly disclosed in the description
These items are permitted only when a meaningful part of the process is handmade by the seller.
To qualify as handmade, at least one of the following must be true:
The original artwork or design was created by you, or
You personally digitized the design into an embroidery file from original artwork or a licensed source
In all cases:
You must clearly disclose which part of the process you completed (design creation, digitizing, stitching, finishing, etc.)
If artwork was not created by you, the source and licensing status must be disclosed
Simply purchasing or downloading a ready-made embroidery file and stitching it does not qualify as handmade
Physical production steps such as hooping, machine embroidery, trimming, assembly, and finishing must be performed by the seller.
Only supplies that you personally create are allowed.
For example:
Wood blanks that you personally cut
Hand-dyed yarn you created
Custom components you produce
Mass-imported or wholesale supplies are not permitted.
