All items are made at the time of order unless listing specifies other wise. All items are handmade by me in my home studio.  I am always open to custom orders, but I will not replicate or duplicate another artisans work.  Unless discussed prior to starting a project, all items take between 10-14 days to fabricate, then the shipping time ontop. Absolutely no refunds, if an item arrives damaged immediately take pictures and submit them to me. We will then both do an insurance claim, and I will get started on a new piece for you.
