All products are hand crafted by our family and we strive to use only sustainalby harvested or salvaged wood. Our bowls are in most cases created from trees that have been victim of urban developments or storm damage. We will always strive to create the absolute best product we can, but mistakes can be made. If any item fails due to craftsmanship standards a full refund or exchange will be happily done. we cannot be held responsible for errors in handling, storage or cleaning once the product is recieved by the customer.
