Return Policy:
While our glass is annealed to give them greater strength, they are still glass items and subject to breakage. On occasion, they sometimes do just choose to break. If your item arrives broken or chipped, please just email me a picture of them and we will do our best to replicate them for you with just the cost of shipping. At times we simply will not be able to replace the purchase and we can work out either a store credit or reimbursement. at no extra charge.
