This pile woven cloak is created based off the Icelandic cloaks. It is shorter, as 3 yards of cloak could be unwieldy; this cloak measures 33"wide x 60" long. It is hand woven in a twill and has twice as many locks as Icelandic law demanded, so you see no fabric through the locks of wool. The wool is from 6 different breed of sheep, Cotswold, Leicester, Gotland, Wensleydale, Lincoln, and Teeswater. Ends are hand sewn with the same wool as the weaving. There will likely
not be another as this claimed my loom for months.
